Christmas Traditions in England. 1ºC

Christmas Traditions in EnglandAt Christmas families get together and have a big Christmas Dinner (Turkey, goose or chicken, and mince pies and Christmas pudding for dessert).
Afterwards everybody pulls Christmas crackers (a game where two people pull a tube to win a present) and tell jokes and riddles.
The day after Christmas is known as Boxing Day, which takes it's name from the tradition of giving a Christmas box - a gift of money or food inside a box - to poor people.
